ABOUT ME
I am a well-organised, hardworking and vibrant student in my final year at Nottingham Trent University studying BA (Hons) Fashion Design. I want to pursue a career in fashion design because I feel it can offer opportunities to be creative and commercial. My work experience from the age of 14 has been extensive and I know that I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, overcoming challenges, developing ideas and achieving commercial success.
I chose to attend Nottingham Trent University because it offered designing, pattern cutting, manufacturing and CAD together with some focus on ethical and sustainable design. I am passionate about the environment and this has been shown through my university projects and lifestyle choices. I have also developed my own photography skills through capturing each of my textiles and fashion projects for my final photographs.
I have a strong academic record achieving Grade A in both Maths and Economics A Levels. I enjoy problem solving, analysis and consider myself a meticulous thinker. I love working as part of a team, often in a leadership role, demonstrated by my sport, Duke of Edinburgh commitments and university projects.
